Scissors are hard.

I help my Mommie make the bed. When she is changing the sheets, I run underneath the sheets and check everything out. You know, to make sure there are no bugs or anything inside.

We both do lots around the cave. First, we make sure there are no mousies. An we make sure no vishus deer come in the yard.

LC: Skeeter makes sure The Big Thing doesn't float off his chair while he watches the Sparkly box an I watch the sparkly box to make sure there are no bad things showing (like doggies).

Skeeter guards the kitty condo at night, sleeps on the blanket do keep The Big Thing warm, an I wander around the cave making warnijng noises to keep snakses away (an I am proud to say there hasn't been a snakes in the cave all my time here).

I also make sure to watch the birdie feeder up close to see that none eat more than their share. An I move froggies out of the pound an down to the creek so they don't make too much noise at night when it is warm out.

Skeeter reminds The Big Thing constantly when it is time for our dinner. Jus so he doesn't forget to feed me... That is so kind of him.

The Big Thing jus couldn't get along without us!

Mom always calls us "big helpers." We love to help mom and dad do almost everything...making the bed, wrapping presents (we like to eat the ribbon to check the fiber content and poke holes in the paper to check for tearablity), fold laundry, pack boxes, and we snoopervise the fixing of all meals, painting projects, and bath/shower time.

Mom says we are very busy, and she doesn't understand how we can fit all of that into our schedule and still take our 15 naps a day.

We generally supervise many of the chores EXCEPT those that are loud.

Finnegan, I have a BIG favor to ask. The Crew says that you're an attorney, and I need one. First I was framed as a cat who would stick his head down a toilet, THEN today, I'm accused of stealing a biscuit and making a mess on the table. My own Valentine DaisyMae seemed to believe that I would stick my head in a toilet. I need legal representation and bad. Can you help? Please see my 2/20 and 2/23 posts at http://jakeandbathsheba.blogspot.com

You are a smart cat to learn to use scissors. I'm sure that Auntie Ree's shirts wouldn't turn out nearly so well without you there to help.

My mom sews too and I like to lay on the fabric to make sure it's nice and flat and doesn't fly away suddenly.

Thank you all for your kind words about my bro and that lovely poem. My mom and I were very touched by your kindness.
